My days are spent in my studio – pulling props, testing lighting, choosing heroes. I create fresh, optimistic imagery where the food is always the star.
I have lived all over the world – working, cooking and eating. I have fifteen years’ experience working with food, first in professional kitchens in Europe, now as a food photographer, stylist and development chef. I have cooked organic, flexitarian French cuisine in Bordeaux, modern Scandinavian brunch in Copenhagen, pizza al taglio in Rome, Swedish pastry and desserts in Stockholm and vegetarian and vegan fine dining in London. I never stop learning about food.
Every single day I use the skills I learned in professional kitchens, whether project managing a shoot, recipe testing, food styling or cooking a 7-course dinner for twenty.
My studio is based near Skipton in North Yorkshire, UK, but I can work virtually with clients anywhere in the world. See my previous clients.
