I specialise in creative vegetarian, vegan and flexitarian food for modern diets. My recipes are made and reviewed by a huge number of people, so I do everything I can to make sure they are a success.
All recipes are thoroughly tested and I am available to answer questions from nutritionists, food stylists, home economists and copy editors as recipes move to publication. Recipes available in metric or US measurements.
I have fifteen years’ experience working with food, first in professional kitchens in Bordeaux, Copenhagen, Rome, Stockholm and London, now as a development chef and food stylist. Since 2017 I have worked as a recipe developer for Tesco Magazine, Tesco Real Food website and Tesco’s social media channels, creating and testing over 120 recipes.
